Our primary focus is to make special opportunity investments in business aviation and, to a lesser extent, in the marine industry (e.g. yachting) and assist buyers or owners as a direct lender with global and agile finance solutions. In today’s highly complex and regulated world of aviation and marine industry finance, we assist our international clients in having the smoothest and most successful transaction experience possible. Funding aside, multi-million dollar assets come with many considerations, from operational to jurisdictional and regulatory, which is why we take a holistic approach that considers all facets of every transaction.
What we Offer

The Collateralized Preference Share
Our Collateralized Preference Share investment offering allows an investor to participate in regular and stable cash returns provided through solid cashflows by a pool of borrowers/lessees, including instalments and fees but also other transaction-enhancing income, as the case may be. The investment is an ideal fit for the capital preservation investor and grants a multi-layered diversification by (i) geographical regions, (ii) different type of assets (aircraft types and models or yacht models, for example), and (iii) also in terms of the ultimate owners, with clients from different backgrounds.
